A message dated June 2, 2003, was received stating the Governor has                                 
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                            
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                    
                                                                                                    
      HOUSE BILL NO. 124                                                                            
      "An Act relating to commercial motor vehicle drivers and their                                
      employers and to railroad-highway grade crossings; and providing
